Eligibility for Returns
- Returns are accepted within 7–10 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
- Proof of purchase (invoice or order ID) is required.
Non-returnable Items
- Used aquarium accessories or equipment that contain water residue.
- Perishable or consumable products such as fish food, water conditioners, or live items.
- Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling.
Refund Process
- Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you via email or SMS about the status.
- Approved refunds will be processed and credited to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
- Exchange/Replacement deliveries will be done within 5-7 Business days.
Shipping
- All Orders will be delivered within 5-7 Business days.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged upon arrival. To request an exchange, contact us within 7 days of delivery.
