ADA Green Brighty Neutral K by Aqua Design Amano is a potassium-containing liquid fertilizer for all aquatic plants in planted aquariums and aquascapes, which is particularly suitable for aquariums with soft or particularly hard water, because it does not affect the water hardness. ADA Green Brighty Neutral K is an aquarium fertilizer that provides aquarium plants with the vital macronutrient potassium (K) in a very targeted manner.
Potassium is needed by aquatic plants in the aquarium for energy production through photosynthesis, and the essential macronutrient is also involved in many metabolic processes in the plant. In nature, aquatic plants find virtually unlimited potassium in the water, and the potassium level in the aquarium must not drop to zero either. The potassium requirement of aquatic plants is almost as high as their nitrogen requirement. Especially in strongly lit aquascapes, the potassium requirement of plants in the scape is very high.
If aquarium plants have a potassium deficiency, this is noticed on the one hand by the yellowing of the leaves and on the other hand by punctual necroses. The tissue that dies here first turns black, later a small hole forms. Such necroses are often surrounded by a yellow border. Potassium deficiency can lead to stunted growth. Nutrient deficiencies can result in heavy algae growth – algae take advantage of nutrient gaps for themselves.
Aquarium plants like to store potassium generously in the plant tissue as a supply. It is best to add ADA Green Brighty Neutral K when the aquarium lighting is on, so that the plants can process the potassium directly.
The liquid fertilizer ADA Green Brighty Neutral K is not alkaline and also reliably supplies aquatic plants in soft water aquariums with the essential basic nutrient potassium. This aquarium fertilizer does not increase the buffering capacity of the aquarium water.
Application: To supply aquarium plants with sufficient potassium, add one pump stroke (equivalent to 1 ml) of ADA Green Brighty Neutral K per 20 l of aquarium water to the aquascape daily. In strongly illuminated, densely planted aquascapes, the potassium requirement may be increased. The amount of fertilizer can easily be increased to two to three pump strokes per 20 l of aquarium water.
For convenient dosing, a practical dosing pump is included with the 180 ml and 300 ml bottles.
Over time, the color may fade slightly, but this does not affect the effectiveness of the fertilizer.

With the 2HR AQUARIST APT ESTIMATIVE INDEX, the famous nutrient dosing approach pioneered by Tom Barr is now available in a ready-to-use concentrate that removes the guesswork from trying to recreate this powerful and sometimes elusive formula. The key here is the concentrate of this formula. Just 5ML per 100 liters adds the following nutrients
| ADA Super 4 Aquarium Additive is now called Super Pour.
The pack contains ADA substrate additives in individual packets.
It is recommended to sprinkle the ADA Super 4 on a glass base before filling anything in order to promote the work of microorganisms and enhance the inefficiency of soil or decorative sand.
As the substrate cannot make a fresh start right after the setup, it is important to prepare the substrate in a nearly perfect condition at the time of the initial aquarium setup.
ADA Super 4 (Substrate Additives)
To promote the work of microorganisms, it is advised to sprinkle the following under the soil
Bacter 100
Has more than 100 kinds of substrate bacteria in a dormant state.
Sprinkling on the base substrate can make an ideal substrate environment.
It can suppress the growth of green algae. (By applying a bit of it to the affected portion)
Clear Super
A substrate additive made from activated carbon and organic acid.
Clear Super helps the growth of micro organisms.
Sprinkling on the base substrate, promotes the growth of micro organisms in the substrate and stabilizes the environment.
Tourmaline BC
Has fine bamboo charcoal, giving it the ability to absorb organic pollutant substances.
Add some over the substrate during the initial set-up and it will help to improve the substrate environment.

Highly concentrated basic fertilizer with a complete set of micronutrients necessary for the optimal development of aquarium plants. The uniquely created formula was designed to provide plants with essential elements such as copper, manganese, iron, molybdenum, zinc, boron. A regular dosage of the AF Micro allows providing the right amount of bio-elements necessary for the proper, healthy, and flourishing growth of aquatic plants. The unique formula ensures a significant acceleration of plant growth, but also their intense colors and healthy look. Micronutrients are involved in the formation of chlorophyll, biosynthesis of proteins and in many biochemical transformations. Deficiencies cause photosynthesis process disorders, chlorosis, leaf deformation, but also the inhibition of growth and development. AF Micro, as a perfectly digestible composition of bioavailable elements, guarantees a healthy look of aquarium plants. AF Micro is perfect for heavily-planted aquariums.
HOW TO USE:8 drops per day or 4 ml AF Micro per 100l of water once a week. Recommended parallel use with AF Macro, AF Carbon Boost, or AF PO4 Boost and AF N Boost. Parallel supplementation with other micronutrient formulas should not be carried out due to the risk of plant overexposure. Absorbents such as zeolite and/or carbon may reduce the effectiveness of the formula. 1 ml in 10 l of aquarium water will raise levels: Mo Molybdenum 0,0012 mg/l (ppm) Ni Nickel 0,00021 mg/l (ppm) Mn Manganese 0,25 mg/l (ppm) Co Cobalt 0,0003 mg/l (ppm) Fe Iron 0,38 mg/l (ppm) Zn Zinc 0,037 mg/l (ppm) Mg Magnesium 1,2 mg/l (ppm) Ca Calcium 0,45 mg/l (ppm) K Potassium 8,16 mg/l (ppm) B Boron 0,021 mg/l (ppm) Sr Strontium 0,02 mg/l (ppm) Br Bromine 0,004 mg/l (ppm) Ti Titanium 0,00345 mg/l (ppm) Cu Copper 0,005 mg/l (ppm) |
AF Carbon BoostA professional supplement of easily digestible carbon intended for aquarium plants. It is a perfect fertilizer for everyday use. It can be used both as the main method of carbon supplementation and as an additive supporting an existing CO2 installation. Carbon is the base of all organic compounds, it is essential for the intensive growth of plants. Too low carbon content in water leads to the inhibition of plant growth and development. Regular use of AF Carbon Boost provides plants with the right amount of carbon in its most absorbable form, thus effectively replenishing its deficiencies. AF Carbon Boost helps keep the aquarium in good condition and provide attractive, healthy looking plants. Due to pH stabilizing capabilities, It is extremely helpful in combating algae. Specifically recommended for heavily planted aquariums. HOW TO USE:In the aquarium: for small amount of plants: 1 ml per 100 liters of water daily; Only for aquatic purposes. Protect from sunlight. Keep at room temperature in a tightly closed container, keep out of reach of children. | 2Hr Aquarist APT CompleteAPT Complete is a comprehensive planted aquarium plant fertilizer to use for enthusiasts. it is designed for demanding aquarium plants by a demanding planted tank expert that is a research backed.
