Brighty K is a liquid fertilizer supplying potassium to planted aquarium. When potassium is insufficient, the photosynhesis activity and growth of aquatic plants are affected and this can cause yellowing and bleaching of leaves as well as lower resinstance to algae. Daily application of Brighty K to the aquarium improves these problems and promotes healthy growth of aquatic plants. Brighty K also has an affect of enhancing the buffering capacity of water and prevents decline in pH of aquarium water.
Usage
For supplementation of potassium, apply one push(1ml) of BRIGHTY K for every 20l of aquarium water daily. It is effective to add Green Brighty K when the lighting is on. If there is a large amount of aquatic plants in the tank, increase the amount to approximately 2-3 times the standard dose.
Cautions
- Nutrients other than potassium are also needed for healthy growth of aquatic plants. Use Green Brighty Mineral for trace element supplementation, Green Brighty Iron for Iron supplementation and Green Brighty Nitrogen for nitrogen supplementation,
- Do not mix with other liquid fertilizer to prevent change in property.
- Brighty K is strongly alkaline. The pH of aquarium water may rise temporarily immediately after this product is applied, but it will eventually return to the original level.
- Excessive application of Brighty K may have a negative impact on shrimps such as Cardina Japonica and can result in the death in the worst case. When increasing the amount og Brighty K, closely observe the shrimps during the application. If abnormal reaction is observed, perform water change immediately.
- In the event of skin contact, immediately wash with tap water.
- Avoid high temperature amd direct sunlight. Keep in a cool and dark place.

AF Carbon Boost
A professional supplement of easily digestible carbon intended for aquarium plants. It is a perfect fertilizer for everyday use.
It can be used both as the main method of carbon supplementation and as an additive supporting an existing CO2 installation. Carbon is the base of all organic compounds, it is essential for the intensive growth of plants. Too low carbon content in water leads to the inhibition of plant growth and development.
Regular use of AF Carbon Boost provides plants with the right amount of carbon in its most absorbable form, thus effectively replenishing its deficiencies. AF Carbon Boost helps keep the aquarium in good condition and provide attractive, healthy looking plants.
Due to pH stabilizing capabilities, It is extremely helpful in combating algae. Specifically recommended for heavily planted aquariums.
HOW TO USE:
In the aquarium: for small amount of plants: 1 ml per 100 liters of water daily;
for average amount of plants: 1 ml per 50 liters of water daily;
for large amount of plants: 1 ml for 25 l water daily.
Only for aquatic purposes. Protect from sunlight. Keep at room temperature in a tightly closed container, keep out of reach of children.
| ADA Super 4 Aquarium Additive is now called Super Pour.
The pack contains ADA substrate additives in individual packets.
It is recommended to sprinkle the ADA Super 4 on a glass base before filling anything in order to promote the work of microorganisms and enhance the inefficiency of soil or decorative sand.

Sprinkling on the base substrate can make an ideal substrate environment.
It can suppress the growth of green algae. (By applying a bit of it to the affected portion)
Clear Super
A substrate additive made from activated carbon and organic acid.
Clear Super helps the growth of micro organisms.
Sprinkling on the base substrate, promotes the growth of micro organisms in the substrate and stabilizes the environment.
Tourmaline BC
Has fine bamboo charcoal, giving it the ability to absorb organic pollutant substances.
Add some over the substrate during the initial set-up and it will help to improve the substrate environment.
Features
- Improves biological filtration and increases water clarity.

AQUAFOREST PO4 BOOST | 200ML
Professional & highly efficient phosphorus supplement for aquatic plants
AQUAFOREST PO4 Boost is a professional easily absorbable phosphorus fertilizer for aquatic plants. Phosphorus is a particularly important element for plants. A component of many types of proteins and enzymes, it also helps to build DNA. It is the main battery and energy conveyor in processes occurring within the cells. Phosphorus deficiencies are manifested by hindered plant growth and development, as well as leaf discoloration. The appropriate level of phosphates in the plant aquarium should be 0.5-1.5 mg/l. AF PO4 Boost is a formula which ensures the correct level of phosphate content in the aquarium.
HOW TO USE:
10 ml AF PO4 Boost dissolved in 100 liters of water raises the phosphate level by 0.4 mg / l.
Recommended : parallel use with AF Micro, AF N Boost, and AF K Boost.
WARNING :
- Absorbents such as zeolite and/or carbon may reduce effectiveness of the formula.
- The phosphate level should be under control.
- Its excess may result in growth of algae, especially the red algae.
- Only for aquatic purposes.
- Protect from sunlight.
- Keep at room temperature in a tightly closed container, keep out of reach of children.
| AF N Boost (200ml)
Professional easily absorbable nitrogen fertilizer for aquatic plants. Nitrogen is one of the most important macronutrients necessary for plants. The presence of nitrogen influences the growth of the plant, its propagation, and the green coloration of leaves. Proper supplementation of nitrogen is essential as both deficiency and excess may be detrimental to plants. Nitrogen deficiency causes growth inhibition, chlorosis and yellowing of the leaves, and further browning. The excess, on the other hand, is manifested by excessive growth, dark green leaves, while the plant is very delicate and less resistant to mechanical damage. The appropriate level of nitrate in the plant aquarium should be 10-20 mg/l. Nitrogen is absorbed by plants mainly in the form of nitrate and ammonium. AF N Boost contains mineral nitrogen forms that are well absorbed by aquatic plants.
HOW TO USE:
10 ml of AF N Boost dissolved in 100 l of water raises the nitrate level by 9.5 mg/l. Recommended parallel use with AF Micro, AF PO4 Boost, and AF K Boost. Do not use it with other nitrogen-containing formulas due to the risk of plant overgrowth and algae bloom.
1 ml in 10 l of aquarium water will raise levels:
NO3 Nitrate 9,5 mg/l (ppm)
| AQUAFOREST NATURAL SUBSTRATE | 10L
Nutrient rich, peat & clay based substrate base for aquascapes & planted aquariums.
AQUAFOREST Natural Substrate is a nutrient rich, peat and clay based substrate base for aquascapes and planted aquariums. Readily available micronutrients and plant food within it create a fertile, nature-like environment, ideal for long-time plant support and growth. AF Natural Substrate is well suited for the development of a healthy root system, and to help aquatic plants thrive. The peat and clay natural Cation Exchange Capacity (CEC) will also absorb any excess nutrients from the water, and either make them available through the roots, or release them back into the water once it becomes depleted. Features and benefits: The carefully selected peat creates excellent conditions for the root system, and supplies plants with all the necessary minerals and trace elements. Clay improves the texture, and acts as the base, achieving excellent consistency. Similarly to peat – clay acts as a natural layer for storing excess nutrients, and maintaining biological balance in the tank. Micronutrient contents have been supplemented under laboratory supervision to make sure that aquatic plants have an abundance of trace elements, while the chemical balance of the tank stays in check.
WARNING:
AF Natural Substrate is rich in micro-nutrients, so for the first three months Aquaforest do not recommend the use of fertilizers containing micro-nutrients, unless the plants show visible signs of deficiency.
HOW TO USE:
- Spread the substrate on the bottom of the tank and compact it to achieve approx. 2-2.5 cm thick layer.
- Cover with about 3cm of gravel or sand.
- Gently fill aquarium with about 15 cm of water. In order to avoid disturbing the substrate, we suggest placing a plate or dish on the bottom, and directing the stream of water on to it.
- Place the plants in the substrate.
- Fill the aquarium with water.
10 L of AF Natural Substrate should be sufficient for a 200 L aquarium with a 100 cm x 40 cm bottom. Substrate can lower and stabilize the pH of the water, therefore it is recommended to use a dedicated test or probe. |
